SkipTheDishes add value to people's lives through seamless online food delivery and pickup. As Canada's leading and largest food delivery network, SkipTheDishes' content needs to match their high-quality values and StudioNow's visual content platform offers exactly that.

Challenge

SkipTheDishes provides an on-demand meal delivery service through their popular app, and mouthwatering photos drive sales. The team needed to source high-quality, on-brand images for thousands of restaurants across Canada for their app and website. These images needed to accurately depict an assortment of restaurant menu items for each restaurant on the platform, while maintaining visual consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.

Solution

To get started in StudioNow’s platform, SkipTheDishes created a style guide and onboarding document to brief every photographer on brand guidelines. Next, SkipThDishes produced a unique creative brief for every restaurant they needed photographed. Using the Creative Brief tool in StudioNow, they were able to efficiently scale this process. Next, SkipTheDishes sourced vetted menu photographers in specific locations all across Canada to photograph menu items for their restaurants. The result? SkipTheDishes obtained beautiful, on-brand visuals for the fraction of the cost of a traditional, large-scale production.
